Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email. All orders will be paid for at time of order.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
- Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
- All orders shipping to an APO/FPO address or a PO Box will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.
Occasionally, stock is depleted and your order will go to backorder status or on a pre-order. The backorder and pre-order items will be fulfilled once stock becomes available unless otherwise requested to hold and ship complete.
International Shipping
We currently do/do not ship outside the United States. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
