Built for law enforcement SWAT teams, military entry specialists, tactical units, and first responders who require comprehensive defense against handgun threats and fragmentation/blast effects in high-risk operations.
Constructed from advanced ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) composites, this stand-alone NIJ Level IIIA ballistic shield offers multi-hit capability against powerful handgun rounds—including .44 Magnum, .357 Magnum, 9mm FMJ, .40 S&W, and .45 ACP—while incorporating blast-resistant design elements to help shield against explosive fragmentation and overpressure in close-quarters scenarios such as breaching, room clears, hostage rescue, or riot response.
The expansive 24" x 36" size provides superior coverage for the torso, arms, and head/neck area, enabling confident advancement or cover for teammates without excessive weight penalties thanks to the lightweight polyethylene construction.
